We have engaged the organization Perception Strategies ( https://perception.org ) to conduct a series of Professional Developments on Implicit Bias. Perception Strategies is a team of researchers and strategists focused on supporting leaders of all kinds in developing skills to work on teams productively and to manage thinking traps and blindspots that can get in the way of team cohesion as well as true equity and belonging in our work. CCECs are diverse entities, bringing together people from different backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. This diversity of perspective and experience will allow you to think more deeply about the work you do. What we know to be true is that teams that are diverse innovate better, bring more ideas to the table and create something greater.
