This session introduces families to programs and supports that promote stability, well-being, and long-term success. Topics include accessing public benefits (SNAP, Cash Assistance, Medicaid, Fair Fares), emergency and homelessness prevention services, health and mental health supports, and workforce development opportunities. Families will also learn about case management, language access, and navigating city systems. Prefer another language?
