We've all been there - putting things off until the last minute. Procrastination is an almost universal human experience, and students tend to be quite good at it. In this workshop, your Elevate coach will share the reasons why we tend to procrastinate, and provide strategies to manage procrastination when it sets in. The presenter will also explore strategies to moderate excessive video game use in students.
