Residential building owners in New York City are required to take steps to keep their buildings free of mice, rats, roaches, and bedbugs. “Integrated Pest Management” is an affordable and safe approach to pest control. We will also cover owners’ responsibilities to eliminate pests, review the annual inspection requirements, and discuss when to use a licensed contractor.
