This time-limited program offered by the NYC Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) allows noncustodial parents who have child support debt permanently owed to the NYC Department of Social Services (DSS) to pay off their arrears twice as fast. 
More than 4,000 noncustodial parents have participated in a Pay It Off (PIO) program. The average debt reduction to arrears owed to NYC DSS per case is $4,822.
